Light/Raito Yagami and L from DEATH NOTE



The idea is that Light is in the process of turning into a Shinigami because he can't go to heaven or hell (an idea that's quite popular) I kinda want to draw a full-shinigami Light, but i also want to keep him pretty, which is a dilemma because I don't think any shinigami should be. I might try tho

At first I though that after deathnote that Light became a shinigami, but then my friend told me a fact in deathnote that shows that Light CANNOT be a shinigami. If I ask my friend which fact it was ill post it. Good picture anyways. L was "kinda" easy to determine but Light here is hard to disinguish. L's nose is also a bit big and high on the head. The eyes are a bit different. But other that its good... Im only giving constructive criticism.

I appreciate the constructive criticism, i enjoy hearing what i could do to improve from other points of view, but i'm going to try to give excuses anyway. Since L has no eyebrows,its hard to draw him with half-closed eyes, because it just looks like i drew narrow eyes with brows. that might be why his eyes look different? and they also might be hard to recognize because they both have expressions that they never would have worn it the show (L being forgiving and Light looking scared and vulnerable)

and check this out, don't give up on the shinigami theory yet! this is pretty convincing...
